Pilates in the Patscherkofel seminar room at the top station of the Patscherkofel cable car, with a fantastic view of Innsbruck! In this morning session, we’ll mobilise the spine and strengthen and stretch the muscles. Through carefully executed exercises, the body and mind are prepared for the day ahead. The focus is on breathing and controlled movement. This Pilates session, set against a unique mountain backdrop, offers not only physical well-being but also mental clarity to start the day on a positive note.
