The approximately four and a half kilometre long trail runs as a flat circular route from Obermieming to Affenhausen and back again. It is prepared for the skating technique and runs steadily along the edge of the village - always against the impressive backdrop of the Mieminger Kette. The start and finish are diagonally opposite the Gasthof Post. The route is ideal for even gliding passages and athletic training sessions. Thanks to its open location, the trail is particularly sunny and offers sweeping views of the Mieminger Plateau

- Bus 350 or 355 - stop "Mieming Gh Post"
- You reach the starting point via the Inntal valley. At Telfs or Mötz you drive onto the Mieminger Plateau to Mieming. It is best to park your car at the car park by the municipal office. From there it's about a 5-minute walk to the entrance in Obermieming.
