The gently undulating running and Nordic walking route starts at the Badesee Mieming parking lot and leads through the forest to Untermieming. The path continues through the village and onto a flat clearing, before heading south of the lake into the forest, passing over Sassberg to Zein and through Tabland. It then loops back to the parking lot. The route offers a small challenge in terms of terrain and fitness. After the walk, you can refresh yourself at the lake or enjoy a meal at the Gasthaus Stiegl. Nordic walking poles are available for rent at the Mieming Tourist Information.
