The gently undulating running and Nordic walking route takes you through picturesque landscapes and charming districts such as Freundsheim and Gschwent, leading to Obsteig. From there, the route continues along the idyllic Sonnenplateau circular trail, offering wide-ranging views, and then leads across the Mooswiesen back to the starting point. The route mainly follows footpaths and country roads, offering a pleasant challenge for both beginners and experienced athletes. Those without their own Nordic walking poles can conveniently rent them at the Mieming Tourist Information.
