The gently sloping running and Nordic walking route starts at the Lehnbach parking lot and heads east towards Wildermieming, passing through the Brente district and the Rochus Chapel. A small loop around Wildermieming offers a beautiful view of the Letten Chapel and the Bergdoktor house. The route continues through Affenhausen, passing the Afrakapelle, and then goes through the forest past the Nothelfer Chapel and St. Georg Church, before returning to Obermieming and the starting point. Nordic walking poles can be rented at the Mieming Tourist Information.
