Southeast of the western low mountain range, the Panorama Trail leads in winter from Mutters to Götzens to the valley station of the Nockspitz cable car. The trail is mostly a forest path. There are plenty of benches for resting and relaxing. The trail offers some beautiful views of the communities in the low mountain range, the Inntal valley, Innsbruck and the Nordkette mountain range. With good footwear, it is an ideal hiking trail for the whole family.
If you still have energy left, you can hike back along the same route and enjoy the landscape from a new perspective. Alternatively, you can use public transport from Götzens for the return journey.
